Our warranty process work under 10 different conditions, that are;

1. The products can only be returned within a 30-day period. Our customer support is friendly, and will always help you by all means. So feel free to contact us anytime. Tell us about the problem you are having with the product or the reason for your return. The product return will include your order number and SKU number.

2. You can return if the product you have received is damaged or broken from any place. Make sure to capture clear photos with good lighting as a proof of the broken or damaged product before you make a return. It will also include the item’s packaging and the delivery box in which the product was arriving.

3. You can return if you have chosen the wrong size/ color, or if you feel the item you have received is faulty or defected. We will allow you to return the products only if we receive all the information related to that product along with the proof. Note: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. We know in some exceptional cases like if an item you received is not the one you have ordered or the size is not correct. Please follow the steps below.

  • For the wrong item: All you have to do is send us the clear photos in daylight. This will also include the packaging and the labels of the products that you have received.
  •  If you are having size issue: Contact our customer support along with your order number, item code, a size that you have ordered and the size that you received. If the fitting is too large or too big, you can also inform us about that.
  • One we are assured that we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product! We will dispatch the alternative product if available. If the item is not available, we will refund you from the Dressiom wallet to your payment account.
  •  If you mistakenly purchased the wrong item or the wrong size or color, you also contact our customer support team. We will allow you to return back the item and refund you the amount you have paid. You can also buy any other product with the same price in exchange. But the shipping cost for returning the products will be on the customers.

5. Please feel free to contact us to get information about the return address with your return reason (see point 1). If you want to return the item, do not send it until we reply you back after your request for item return. Do not worry about the reply from our customer support. We will reply you back with the appropriate address in a very short time.

6. Please note that the item you are going to return should be in their original condition and packaging. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and should have all the tags attached to the new one. Make sure the products you return have not been altered or altered will not or do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted in any case.

7. Only ship back the products via registered airmail as per our RMA form instructions only. Do not return the products from the following shipping method that include DHL, UPS, or FedEx. If you will send the products through these mails, the product will either be delayed in the Chinese Customs. The custom will impose the customary fee. Because of the high import taxes than the item itself, we will not be able to receive the item.

8. Additional policies:

  •  The products that come under the following categories are not covered by the warranty and these products cannot be returned or exchange in any matter. As long as the company itself do not make mistakes like “sale”, “swimwear”, “lingerie”, “earnings” or any other discounted items.
  •  The return charges are only the customer’s responsibility and they cannot be reimbursed.
  •  If you do not want the item anymore and it is also not faulty, please feel free to contact our customer support to inform us about the item and we will allow you to return the item. We will refund or allow you to exchange the item if it is with the original tags and proper packaging.
  •  Dressiom can distribute the orders at the discretion for a faster delivery if the items are from different warehouses. Please feel free to contact us if any item is missing from your order.
  •  Do not forget to submit the ticket at the customer support center before returning the item. We will not accept the products without the RMA form or the ticket.

9. Please fill the forms of customs documentations with the following descriptions and declarations: “Product Return to Seller – $0 value”.

10. Please contact our customer support if you wish to cancel or change your order before it is shipped.
